Excellent for business travelers

Our company rented the room for a client coming in from a regional city. The booking process through her time there was great. She was very pleased and well taken care of. Service staff was very friendly and helpful. Our client said the room was spacious and very clean.

Zentral und ruhig gelegen

Das kleine, familiäre Hotel liegt drei Gehminuten von der lauten, belebten Hauptstraße Rustaveli entfernt in einer völlig ruhigen Seitenstraße. In einem kleinen Innenhof mit vier Tischen kann man von Stadtbesichtigungen entspannen und (wer will oder muss) rauchen (ansonsten inzwischen totales Rauchverbot in öffentlichen Gebäuden und Restaurants). Ausgezeichnete Internetverbindung. Zimmer sind mit Wasserkocher (3 Teebeutel und 2 Portionen Pulverkaffee pro Tag) und Kühlschrank ausgestattet.

The value of money is not as expected. The location is very good, two minutes to the metro station. But it's in a branch road behind. It's classified as 4 stars hotel, but you will not feel the same.

Really handy for the metro with very helpful staff

The staff were very very nice. Arranged a reasonably priced airport pick up, split a king into two singles when we arrived; they were generally helpful. The breakfasts were nice, on a sunny patio.

OK, but not great

Location is quite good, although in a scruffy alley. The street was quiet during the night. Doors and walls inside the hotel is not exactly soundproof... The hotel is small. Breakfast was not great compared to European standards. Hotel staff was helpful, but some smiles would not hurt. Toalet paper was not supplied, so we had to ask for it every time we were empty. Main objection: We ordered a junior suite, but got a standard room. The hotel would not do anything about it, nor lower the price, because they said the price we had gotten confirmed, was according to their standard price for a standard room. Although our confirmation said junior suite very clearly.

relativ zentrale Lage

relativ zentrale Lage, würde man nie alleine finden, weil man nur durch kleine dunkle Gassen hingelangt. Drin ist allerdings alles ok. Personal sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich, man kann nett im Hof sitzen und ich bekam sogar Kaffee/Tee angeboten! Frühstück naja.

Above average hotel

Nice hotel, off the beaten path but still close to things. I was unfortunate to have a minor fender bender in my rental car one half block from the hotel. The hotel manage could not have been more helpful. He came to my aid, translated for me and staid with me until the rental car company came and settled with the other driver. I will return to this hotel again.

Very friendly and helpful staff, but my room was small and the walls are very thin so you hear everything going on in the corridor, the reception area and in neighbouring rooms. It's close in to the centre of town but the street it's on is pretty horrible and you may not feel comfortable walking back late at night. It's also a rather small hotel and should not have the word 'palace' in its name at all.

We spent two nights in this very cozy, homey little hotel. It is on a quite street literally 50 meters from Rustaveli avenue (main street in Tbilisi), close to shopping and dining. The hotel is very clean, everything is new, they provide simple bfast. We were travelling with our 5-month old and we got a room with a very descent crib. There is a cozy small courtyard where you can have your bfast or just relax on a nice day. Staff is very friendly, great service. We had to remind them to clean the room but that's just a small detail. Great experience, will go backagain for sure!

Small friendly city hotel

Good location, easy access to the city, hotel appears recently refurbished and rooms are to a high standard, good size, good facilities. Staff very friendly and helpful. Speak good english. Wi-Fi everywhere with good connection speeds. Breakfast is a bit minimal.
