Hemos pasado una semana en esta propiedad y he de decir que, pese a la amabilidad de su propietaria, que es una persona muy agradable, hay ciertos aspectos que deberĆ­an mejorarse para que la calidad se ajustase mĆ”s a su precio. Principalmente las camas, no son confortables, los muelles de los colchones de las camas individuales se clavan, los niƱos no se quejaron pero para un adulto...La del cuarto principal no es muy estable y hace ruido al moverte. La zona de la piscina es preciosa, muy fresquita pero, en la zona hay ganado y el olor atrae una cantidad importante de moscas que no te dejan relajarte en el jardĆ­n, salvo que estĆ©s en el agua, claro. No hay cobertura para Orange, por ejemplo y, estuvimos tres dĆ­as sin internet, asĆ­ que, totalmente incomunicados. Hemos disfrutado pero hubiera sido mejor con menos inconvenientes. No obstante le agradezco a Encarna su atenciĆ³n, soy consciente de que hay cosas que no estĆ”n en su mano resolver.

PropriĆ©tĆ© au coeur de l'Andalousie permettant de visiter facilement toutes les curiositĆ©s locales facilement. Piscine agrĆ©able et d'une bonne profondeur avec le sol incliner. Environ 2 m au plus profond contre 80CM au bas des marches. Beaucoup de fruits Ć  disposition sur les arbres fruitiers ou encore la vigne de la tonnelle (citrons, grenades, raisins). TrĆØs agrĆ©able. PropriĆ©taires cool et attentifs. Bonne location.

Maison "rustique" mais confortable avec tout ce qu'il faut. Lā€™extĆ©rieur est trĆØs sympa avec une belle piscine (8m*4m) dans un jardin avec un gazon trĆØs bien entretenu. La terrasse est parfaite car bien abritĆ©e, on y Ć  pris tout nos repas. L'emplacement est idĆ©ale si vous souhaitez visiter les magnifiques villes Andalouses (SĆ©ville, Cordoue, Grenade, Malaga, Marbella, Ronda etc...). Toutes situĆ©es Ć  maxi 1h30 de route sur un rĆ©seau routier de bon niveau. Bref des supers vacances !

La maison est paisible, trĆØs propre, agrĆ©able Ć  vivre, idĆ©ale pour se relaxer. Le jardin et la piscine sont impeccables, sans vis Ć  vis.Nous avons profitĆ© de la terrasse du rez de chaussĆ©e pendant tout le sĆ©jour. Temps trĆØs beau et chaud en septembre. Les voisins du hameau sont super sympas, avec une mention toute particuliĆØre Ć  PĆ©pĆ©, d'une extrĆŖme gentillesse. Emplacement idĆ©al pour visiter l'Andalousie : SĆ©ville Ć  2h de route; Malaga Ć  70 km, Cordoue Ć  150 km, Grenade 120 km, les villages blancs... Le rĆ©seau routier est Ć  2 x 2 voies gratuites. Je tiens Ć  mentionner la rĆ©activitĆ© de Juan Carlos, le propriĆ©taire, lors d'un problĆØme Ć©lectrique un samedi soir, il est venu le dimanche matin avec un Ć©lectricien et tout a Ć©tĆ© rĆ©solu. Seul petit bĆ©mol la literie est Ć  revoir. Bref un super sĆ©jour, nous recommandons sans hĆ©siter.

Maison trĆØs accueillante, les chambres sont douillettes, le salon, la terrasse du rez-de-chaussĆ©e avec le barbecue, celle de l'Ć©tage avec ses beaux carreaux, la petite mais trĆØs fonctionnelle cuisine sans oublier la piscine trĆØs grande et trĆØs apprĆ©ciable avec la chaleur Andalouse... Superbe maison pour les vacances

Excellent sĆ©jour dans le sud de l'Andalousie. La maison est trĆØs bien situĆ©e pour visiter la region. (Seville,Cordoba,Ronda,Malaga;Marbella,Grenade...). Mais 2 semaines ne suffisent pas pour tout voir. La piscine fait le Bonheur de toute la famille de midi Ć  minuit. Tout en prĆ©parant un bon barbecue. Il y a la clim dans la piĆØce principale et dans la chambre des parents. Les deux autres chambres ont des ventilateurs. Il y a un Lave-linge dans la buanderie. Et lā€™Ć©tendage sur la terrasse du 1e. Il ne manque que le lave-vaisselle dans la cuisine. La piscine et les extĆ©rieurs sont entretenus chaque jour par Cristobal. Ce qui fait que la piscine est toujours trĆØs propre. Cristobal est vraiment trĆØs gentil. Le Voisin PĆ©pĆ© est exceptionnellement cordial. Nous avons fait l'apĆ©ro chez lui dĆØs le 1er jour... Le seul regret c'est la barriĆØre de la langue. Ce qui nous a empĆŖchĆ©s de partager plus. Le propriĆ©taire Carlos et Ć©galement parfait. GrĆ¢ce Ć  washap nous avons pu bien discuter et bĆ©nĆ©ficier de ses conseils. Il y a un petit village Teba tout proche avec une jolie tour Ć  visiter. Il y a Ć©galement des chemins de randonnĆ©s proche de la maison. Pour les courses il faut aller Ć  Campillos Ć  quelques kilomĆØtres. Les prix sont bien moins chĆØre quā€™en France. Super SĆ©jour, les Espagnoles sont vraiment trĆØs gentil et calme. Et on peut manger Ć  toutes heures. Le retour en France a Ć©tĆ© difficile. Vous pouvez louer la maison sans hĆ©sitation. Vous y passerez un excellent sĆ©jour et oublierez vite votre quotidienā€¦.

A great family holiday away from it all

We had a fantastic stay here. Made to feel very welcome by Carlos, the owner, and locals alike. Pepe next door is good man to know, very friendly and generous with his produce. We enjoyed a few late evenings enjoying his home made wine with him. Accomodation would benefit from air con in all bedrooms as ceiling fans didn't really help when very warm. Outdoor area is fantastic, especially the BBQ. Pool is a good size and very well maintained by Cristobal the gardener. Kitchen well enough equipped and good supermarkets in Campillos a short drive away, though shop in Teba good for basics. Would definitely recommend this place for a chilled out or walking holiday. Pepe is in local hiking club and took us on a gorge walk and to see some caves. Looking forward to going back soon!

La casa nos sorprendiĆ³ positivamente, es bastante mĆ”s bonita de lo que se aprecia en las fotos y mejor distribuida. Una casa de 2 plantas muy cĆ³moda. La zona es muy tranquila, apenas se escucha ruido y por los alrededores tienes bastantes actividades de naturaleza que realizar. El propietario muy atento y cercano. Sin duda un lugar perfecto para el descanso.
