"We did make reservations for one room with two beds they did not have it???? They ask as to pay for two separate rooms with single beds . No air conditioning no windows no fresh air. "

"Staff was terrific. Travelers got separated and staff here helped both parties. The one who hiked got caring aid - food, information about other travelers options, offers to help with communication.
