"Beautiful hotel, smelt great as we walked in. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Room was large , clean and plenty of toiletries. Two bottles of free water which were very useful. Fantastic location for the City Hall and hhe parking was reasonable and very vlose by. We will use again ! "

Loved the cozy feel to room with the colour changing mood lighting and enjoyed relaxing in the evening watching the 50in TV! Staff were lovely throughout the hotel and was a lovely bonus being able to use the pool, sauna and steam room! Got this on an amazing deal and as I visit Sheffield a lot will keep eye on deals so I can stay there again! Best hotel ive stayed in, in the area! Was dubious due to Trip advisor reviews but honestly dont know what these people experienced as hotel is outstanding! "

"We stayed at don valley hotel because we were picking our son up to bring back to Carlisle we had a drink in the bar and everyone was so friendly and welcoming we met a few regulars Nev what a lovely bloke we spent a few hours talking to him and learning a thing or two and even got us to buy a bottle of the famous Hendersons relish from behind the bar to say we will be back is a definite yes absolutely cracking place and the car park was secure too "
