The staff members we dealt with were great.The room was fairly clean. But, the room was in need of updating and refurbishing. The chair was stained, there was water damage in the bathroom, it needed painting, etc... Breakfast was fine.

This facility is old and in need of a complete remodel. I found the room to be fairly dirty throughout. There is a train track to the rear of the building that does not encourage good sleep all night. I will not stay there again and I am surprised that Best Western hangs it name on this facility.

This is a good motel for the price, and dog friendly (for an additional $20 fee). Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The only downside would be noise from the trains and hearing people talking next door. And the bathroom door wouldn’t close. That said,we’ve stayed here before and would stay here again.

Two different rooms same problem no hot water not to mention price per night was super high. Told the front desk there was no hot water she didn’t care asked to be on east side of hotel still put me in the smaller parking lot side .. just wasn’t happy this go around with the hotel which used to be a better choice
