"The person at the reception desk was busy doing 3things at the same time which was annoying. Breakfast was served to my room about 10am after I had to ask for it-was a good breakfast only it made me to come late to my appointment. In the bathroom wasn’t a mat to avoid slipping which nearly happened to me and no towels for the floor or hands only two big towels. When I shower in the bath the water splashe on the floor, very not appropriate. The room was comfortable, clean and good working air-con"
