The Neighborhood:

The apartment is as close as it gets to the beautiful HaSharon beach and DeShalit Square (by the Herzliya Medical Center)! Great restaurants, cafés, and grocery stores are within short walking distance. A 5-10 minute drive will take you to shopping malls, the marina, and Herzliya's train station, and in 20-25 minutes you're in Tel-Aviv's center. This area is one of Israel's most prestigious and sought-after locations, called Herzliya Pituah, where you enjoy peaceful surroundings while staying close to the center of attention.



Getting Around:

Paid street parking and nearby parking lots are available. Bus stations, just a 5-8 minute walk away, provide easy access to lines heading to Herzliya's train station in about 15 minutes.

1️⃣ Israeli citizens are subject to an additional 18% VAT, which is not included in the listed price. Tourists (non-Israeli passport holders) may be exempt from this VAT by submitting photos of their passport and a valid B2 Stay Permit issued at passport control at the airport. Check-in instructions will be provided only after payment of the VAT or submission of the required documents.

2️⃣ Upon arrival, guests are required to check in at the hotel's reception desk and pay a nightly fee of 11 ILS. This fee is not included in the listed price and remains fixed, regardless of the number of guests.

3️⃣ Access to the swimming pools, gym, or spa facilities is not included in the price but can be purchased separately directly from the hotel.



⏰ Late check-out on Saturdays (Motzei Shabbat) is subject to availability and an additional fee.

🛂 Guests are required to provide a copy of their passport before check-in. Israeli citizens may alternatively provide a photo of another government-issued ID.

🐕‍🦺 A service animal may enter the building only upon presentation of a valid official certificate issued by the Israeli Ministry of Welfare. No other kind of certificate will be accepted.



House Rules:

* Smoking is strictly prohibited.

* Loud music or noise is not permitted at any time.

* We do not host groups of friends.

* On the day of arrival, access to the pool is not permitted before the official check-in time.

* On the day of departure, use of the pool is not allowed after check-out time.
