In the centre of the beautiful square, nice host, good restaurant. It was cold outside so they gave us extra heater which was really kind.

Out of season stay in Telc visiting friends there so very very quite Cleanness in bathroom was poor as toilet bowl was brown with scale which was disappointing to see but wanted quite place to stay and got it

The location was great. The place was clean and, though the property was without frills, it was fine. The main problem was with the check-in. Apparently, the person responsible for the check-in is also responsible for running the property restaurant. I arrived we’ll before the 3:00 check-in and just wanted to leave my single piece of luggage before I went off to explore. This turned out to be a 15 minute process because no one was at the front desk. Then when I returned at 5 pm, he was busy with some customers in the restaurant and no one was at the check-in desk. This took another 10 minutes before the check-in process even began. It was definitely a little frustrating. The price was right but you get what you pay for I guess. That was really the only problem.

Poorly managed and not even a fan in a non a/c hotel. When we arrived the reception was empty and as the mechanical as the electronical bell were both muted. After 5 minutes we went to the adjacent restaurant and asked the waiter who doubled as receptionist. He only spoke Czech - my partner luckily speaks a little. Otherwise we would not have been able to communicate. Our reservation was not in their system. I showed him that everything had been confirmed etc but he said it’s not in the system so he can’t do anything for us. We had to insist that he does something about the situation but he needed to go to the restaurant which I understand. He then made a call, then it worked and we got a key to a room. 1st floor, elevator doesn’t work. We carried our stuff upstairs - opened the door to a sticky hot room without the requested queen bed but two single beds on opposite side of the room. We went downstairs and asked for another room or a fan. The hotel was empty but no double bed and no fans available. A/C the place didn’t have which is okay. He then gave us the key to a room with 3 single beds (we were two), equally hot and sticky. We complained at hotels.com who spoke to the manager - a compensation was promised but of course it didn’t happen when we checked out. The state of the whole hotel was run down and definitely not worth the price. Rather stay at places like Hotel Telc or some nicely managed bed and breakfast. We couldn’t even sleep due to hea

まだシーズンオフなのか、とても静かだった。ホテルのご主人がとてもフレンドリーな良い方だった。寒かったので、オイルヒーターを貸してくれた。食事も美味しかった。部屋も天井が高く、歴史あるような建物。

Nous avions réservé une chambre "standard de 22 m2" d'après le descriptif Expedia. Nous nous sommes retrouvés avec une chambre sous le toit, prévue pour une personne dans laquelle on avait ajouté un lit. La chambre hors salle de bains faisait 10 m2 dont une partie à hauteur de plafond réduite. Le réceptionniste nous a dit que c'était la chambre que nous avions payée. C'est parfaitement scandaleux.

Velmi dobrá poloha hotelu, jen dojem mírně kazil nejspíše přepracovaný a tak trochu chaotický recepční - vedoucí. Parkování nutno řešit dopředu, hotel má omezený počet míst.

Vše bylo v nejlepším pořádku. Poloha hotelu přímo na náměstí, 50 m od zámku a kràsného zámeckého parku. Také blízko rybníku, kde jsou lavičky pro posezení, v rybníku se dá i vykoupat. Turistický pokoj ve 3. patře v podkroví, je ideální jak pro pobyt, tak jako zázemí pro možné výlety do okolí. V hotelu je výtah. Byli jsme spokojeni. Nádraží autobusu i vlaku je cca 1 km, v pěší vzdálenosti. Auto je možné zaparkovat na dvoře hotelu zdarma, do navigace ulice Seminářská. Děkujeme za příjemný pobyt!

Extrem schwierig.Lage ist unbezahlbar.Mitten auf dem Hauptplatz der Altstadt. Die Ecozimmer sind einfach, aber ok.Ich hatte das Glück mit Zimmer 307 das Eckzimmer zu bekommen.Mit Blick auf den Fluss.Betten sind bequem, Matratze aber am Fussende aufgeschlitzt. Durchzug da 2 Seiten.Die anderen Zimmer sind Megaheiss im Sommer.Nun das andere.Der Chef.Also am zweiten Tag sah mans besonders. Er ist hoffnungsvoll überfordert.Er leitet das Restaurant unten am Platz mit bestimmt 50 Plätzen, die Rezeption ist quasi nie besetzt. "15 Uhr ist einchecken", wird man angefahren. Es war 14 Uhr. Weg war er im Restaurant die Touris bedienen. Kein Willkommen. Fragt man um 7:10 nach, nachdem man ihn unten herumwirbelnd gefunden hat, wie teuer das Frühstück sei, raunzt es "7:30 ist erst Frühstück Preis 165" unverschämt unfreundlichst.Weg war er. Vera,die neue, sehr nette, erst 2 Tage im Dienst befindliche Angestellte komplett eingeschüchtert im Schlepptau. Sie meinte zu mir das Sie nicht weiss wir lange Sie da heute arbeiten muss. 15h? Er scheucht Sie hin und her.Das System des Reservierungssystem kannte Sie am 2.Tag nicht. Verständlich, weil der Chef null Zeit/Lust hat.Die Kleine tut mir echt leid.Sie in der Ecke der sehr ungemütlichen Rezeption(null Musik,nichts zum Sitzen) hinter im stehend, vom Stuhl des Chefs fast erdrückt als er den Schlüssel mir gab.Cholerisch wirkend.
