About this property
Classic Ski Condo, Steps to Chair 7 and on shuttle route
Like a classic ski condo, this residence has massive eastern views of the end of the Telluride Valley with beautiful views of Ingram Falls. The kitchen has been completely remodeled and the entire condo has upgraded. This 1 bedroom + loft, two bath can accommodate 6 guests.. The living/dining/kitchen has a wall of windows to watch sunrises and the sunset Alpine Glow. There is a bathroom on this level. The next level has a master bedroom with a king bed and another full bath. The loft holds plenty of sleeping with a full and two twins. From the main level, there is a nice quiet deck facing Cornet Creek.
The condo is near the ski lifts at the base of Lift 7, the grocery store, a fabulous Thai restaurant, an apres ski bar, and a liquor store. The main downtown core of Telluride is just a 7-10 minute walk. The San Miguel River Trail is across the street. All that Telluride has to offer is close by. Stay at Cornet Creek 302 and you have found your slice of paradise! Business License #237

Overall, the property met our needs. The condo was well stocked. It is slightly outdated in terms of furniture but, otherwise, in good shape. The second bedroom is a loft so there is not a lot of privacy generally. Good location next to lift 7 and just 1 block from the free shuttle around town.
This condo filled our needs for a pleasant film festival long weekend in Telluride. The location was great. Fully stocked and functional kitchen and comfortable beds were the essentials. A dining table would have been nice for group eating but we could see that wouldn't fit. We were fine without. There are lots of stairs to negotiate but that made us strong! Thanks for a good time.
This was a great location. Walking distance to everything you need. We did not have to use our vehicle once, after we parked. It was a little difficult to obtain a parking permit for the second vehicle because we checked in outside normal business hours. Photos were very accurate and so was the description of the property. We would rent this particular property again. We do wish the blinds were a little more functional, this property has lots of windows and natural sunlight. It is hard to sit 5-6 people comfortable in the living room. All in all, it was a very good accommodations.
Had a great stay in Telluride with four other friends. The place is within 5 minutes walking distance to Lift 7, which provides efficient access to the mountain. It's in the residential half of town, but 10 minute walk into shops/restaurants. So still super convenient. Place is comfortable and I think ideal for a couple with up to 3 kids. We were 5 adults and managed comfortably, though one of us opted to sleep on the coach. Downstairs living room/kitchen are a bit snug - but nothing too uncomfortable (Just tight for 5 grown men). Directions/Access/Instructions were always clear and reasonable and managers were very responsive on the rare occasion needed. Overall, I would happily stay here again, enjoying the town and very short walk to lifts. Loved it!
Stairs were narrow and a little difficult to navigate. The beds were comfortable. Loved the location!

Telluride Condo
This is a nice condo with a great updated kitchen and eating bar, nice bathrooms and a great view too. The beds were firm and comfortable - some updating in the upper loft would make it even better. We enjoyed this condo!

Great location, easy check in
The unit is nice and is in a nice location. Easy walk to Coonskin Lift and downtown area. The inside is small but nice. The loft doesn’t have a bathroom which is not ideal. I’d stay there again but only with 4 people max. We had 3 people and it was right in the living area. I’d rate higher if the loft had a bathroom and if the deck had a view.
The view of the box canyon was excellent and would have been even better if the windows were clean. Kitchen well stocked and a cabinet of essentials. Everything was comfortable, after we got the cross breeze and fans going. It would have been nice if they cooled it off before our arrival, it was very very hot. Everything is open so you can hear everything from every room.
Location and view: excellent
Kitchen and appliances: excellent
Bedding and towels: excellent

Overpriced even for telluride
The good- great location and quiet street
Needs improvement - property management uses a 3rd party which was difficult to communicate with. Our street parking pass wasn't delivered so we had to move our car multiple times during our stay. Called the office mutliple times, tried through VRBO app (which they don't use) and it took almost a day to get a response.
Cleanliness - there were dirty clothes in one of the bedrooms when we checked in.
Layout - the top bedroom isn't closed off. It's "window" opens into the main common area 2 floors up so you hear everything from that room.
Final take - overpriced even by Telluride standards.
We stayed at Cornet 302 for 5 nights and had a blast. The kitchen is appointment very well and the frying pans were even in good condition. Anyone who has rented enough knows the warped pans and pots that vex those who wish to cook a meal. If cooking isn’t your thing you’ll have a 2-10 minute walk to every restaurant in town. All the linens and bedding were good. The cleanliness was appropriate. If you’re here to ski you can walk to lift 7 in two minutes and 8-10 to the gondola. Along your way you’ll enjoy the quaint Telluride Victorian homes and more new ones. Walking Telluride is a treasure and this condo is a great home base. Management team was good as well.
Location is ideal, only a short walk to gondola and the main street. Living area is fairly small, not ideal for group dining or gathering. Kitchen is pretty well equipped. Beds comfortable but some of furniture is pretty old and worn. Downstairs bath is tiny — a tall person could not use shower or sit on toilet. No bathroom on top floor—guests sleeping there must use 2nd or 1st floor bath. The three humidifiers were very helpful. Second floor bath is nicely redone. Maid service failed to take out garbage from previous guest, making townhouse a little smelly when we arrived.
Loved Coronet Creek! A little toasty on hot days (no AC), but it cools off nicely at night. Would be warm and bright in winter. Good for walking, very easy adjacent parking, beds comfy.

Just fine
The stairs without handrails were a bit of an issue for some in our party. Aside from that, this condo worked out just fine.

Great place in a great town
The place is as nice as it looks in the pictures. Comfortable couch, great views, super convenient to lifts and the rest of the town.
