The six burner gas stove and two ovens makes for a chef’s dream for dinners in. Sunken living room with plush seating and a gas fireplace pose the perfect setting for mountain living. Entertain smartly with Sonos surround sound and Apple TV, or tuck away at the office nook to catch up a bit on work. Take in the views from the double decks overlooking the slopes. With two bedrooms on the top floor boasting king beds with private ensuites complete with walk-in steam showers and jetted tubs. Wander downstairs to find the remaining two queen bedrooms, both with private ensuites and patio access. Perfect for couples getaway or family vacation, this home will feel like a home away from home but with the perks of being in Mountain Village Core and Town of Telluride adjacent.

WHAT TO KNOW
- Everyone in your group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- The maximum occupancy is 8 people.
- The maximum number of cars at the property is 2.
- The parking garage space is narrow and may be a tight fit for large SUVs.
- During peak seasons, check-in time is 4:00 pm. There is typically a departure the same morning, and our teams are going to great lengths to make the home perfect for a 4:00 pm arrival time. Luggage storage is unavailable while the home is being readied for an arrival. We recommend making travel plans accordingly. Our Reservation Specialists are happy to offer suggestions if you arrive early.
- Ski-in/ski-out access is subject to snow conditions and weather. Availability may vary depending on resort operations.

WHAT TO EXPECT
- Reservation will be confirmed once required E-sign of Terms and Conditions is completed.
- If arrival date is more than 110 days prior to booking, half of the grand total is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival.
- For reservations exceeding eight days, please expect our Reservation Team to reach out to schedule an In-Stay Refresh and process payment.
- The Guest Assistant Team will be in touch with personalized Destination Guides and Check-In information.
- Check in codes will only be sent if there is a credit card on file for the reservation. These codes will be sent via text message on the day of arrival after 4:00pm.
