With an open-concept layout, three spacious bedrooms, and a private balcony, up to nine guests can spread out and find their own piece of paradise. After a long day of skiing on fresh powder, the gas fireplace awaits you, providing a perfect place to unthaw with a warm cup of tea. When everyone is ready for dinner, hop into the full kitchen, complete with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, and whip up a hearty meal for all to enjoy while reminiscing about the day's adventures at the dining table or breakfast bar. Settle down for the night with a soak in the shared hot tub or simply relax on the large sofa as a movie plays on the TV.
Perched in a perfect location next to the slopes, the skiers and snowboarders of the group will fall in love with the ski-in/out access. Plus, grabbing groceries or heading into town for a night out will be a breeze, as this home sits within a short drive of everything Telluride has to offer. Come summer, hiking, biking, and trail running are all popular activities, as there are unlimited trails to explore! When everyone comes back down from a hike or day on the mountain, there is no better way top end the day than a grabbing cold drink and a bite to eat at a local brewery or eatery. Local favorites include Brown Dog Pizza, Smuggler's Brewpub, and Steamies Burger Bar!

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
