The staff was friendly and professional. The food was delicious and the service was 5 star. I loved that they had a shuttle that was available at the drop of a hat to take us anywhere in town or come pick us up anywhere as well. Came here on New Year’s. I was not expecting to be able to get a room. I was pleasantly surprised and so well taken care of. We were given an upgrade for free, which was absolutely amazing. We had one of the suites on the fourth floor. Thanks to the generous girl at the front desk. She made our stay even more amazing thank you so much and we will be back. The area is well known for its beauty and definitely walkable anywhere, although they did offer a shuttle service.

We absolutely loved this hotel, we booked last minute the staff was ready and helpful the moment we got there very thorough and friendly the room was beautiful, clean and spacious the bathroom as well and the balcony overlooking the town, not to mention the jacuzzi! The hotel is nice, but it needs some updating its getting worn out. One of the hot tubs were not working when we were there. The restaurant only had 1 thing on the menu for vegetarians. We had a nice balcony we could go out and sit on. Bed was comfortable and the sheets were amazing. Walking distance to downtown.
