Unmatched Views!!! Fabulous Reviews.

22 Peaks is a stunning 3/3.5 home with majestic views of the Sneffels Mountain Range. You will enjoy the high end appointments in our home-Venetian plastered walls, granite surfaces, antique rustic chestnut floors and a wine cellar. The views are unmatched and set this home apart from others. The living, dining and kitchen are on the main level. Up one level to the Master and down one level to the media room with a 65'' TV and the other two bedrooms. Just outside the media room is the covered hot tub. There is a large deck off of the living room with a gas grill which faces the mountain view - a great place to watch the sun go down while having a glass of wine. Steam showers are nice after a long day of skiing-and the cross country ski track is right outside. Shuttles service offers transportation to the stores, gondola and the ski slopes.

Keywords: Fantastic View of Sneffel's Highline and down valley. The home gets lots of sun and is equally convenient to both Mountain Village and Telluride. Enjoy the media room, loft / office with wi-fi, heated 2 car garage and hot tub.

This was our second year here during ski season with four kids ages 5-11. The home is beautiful and in close proximity to Mountain Village. The owners graciously allow their guests to use their personal ski locker at the base of the mountain for free, which is a tremendous benefit that made our days easier and saved us about 500 on what the Telluride Ski Valet would’ve cost. Tobin also happened to be my 11 year old daughter’s ski instructor at Ski School one day and she loved him and said he was so nice (thanks again Tobin for giving her poles!). All in all, we had great trips on both occasions and would strongly encourage anyone to stay here….its a Very nice and comfortable home and the price and amenities cannot be beat!

Absolutely stunning views from this great property. A few minutes ride to the slopes/gondola/village. It's roomy and has everything you need. The hot tub has fantastic views also and is the perfect way to relax after a day of skiing. Great owner and can't wait to go back!

The house was so incredibly beautiful- the view of the mountains is something that just needs to be seen!! The owner Tobin also left us wine and coffee- very sweet!! The rooms were spacious and accommodated our party of 6 adults. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything that we needed. Book this house you would not be disappointed!! Incredibly spacious and beautiful!!! Also the ski locker Tobin let us use was great as well! Thank you for sharing your paradise with us from North Georgia!

This location was perfect for our family of adult children. Everyone had their own room and bathroom on separate floors. The common areas were nice with great mountain views and the neighborhood was quiet. The shuttle service in Mountain Village was a great perk. We had an issue with the oven and the owner was very responsive and helpful. We would stay here again.

Gorgeous home overall with breathtaking mountain view’s ! The kitchen had everything needed to make a nice meal , quality kitchenware and appliances .The home furnishings and decor high end rustic ! Beds very comfortable , spa amazing after skiing . We had three generations and home spread everyone out enough for privacy and great common areas for togetherness . Could not score home high enough and would love to go back ! First time to Telluride and fell in love with it , the dial a ride and free gondola was super easy and convenient. Tobin and Jennifer started our stay with a welcome bottle of very good local wine and truffles .. cool touch guys Thanks for sharing this amazing home with us over Christmas , we asked. for Tobin Monday and Tuesday at Mountain Village as we had two in Eagle class snowboarding but missed him . Could not have enjoyed our stay more

Family Telluride Ski Trip

Our family stayed at Jennifer and Tobin's house for a week of skiing at Telluride. We could not have been more pleased with our stay. The views are stunning. The house was beautiful, clean, and very well laid out so everyone had their own space. The kitchen was very well stocked with all the utensils we needed as we did most of our cooking at home. It also had a wide variety of spices. I felt at home grilling on the Weber grill. The dial a ride and ski locker at the Village base were a game changer for us. We have never experienced such convenience. I would highly recommend Jennifer and Tobin's beautiful house and I hope we have a chance to stay again.

Great ski weekned

This was a great Vrbo for our group of 4. We enjoyed the hot tub and excellent views. Easy access to skiing and the ski locker at the base of the mountain was very convenient.

A MUST STAY!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this property! The house was stocked with everything that you could need and more. The views are unbeatable and the ease of access to the Market, Gondola and Mountain were perfect. Thanks for a great home to enjoy our vacation at! A bonus was seeing the Elk from the Hot tub!

Incredible view of the mountain range. We saw elk and deer from the house. Immaculate and super-well stocked. Peaceful neighborhood. Easy access to town and gondola. Highly recommend.

The BEST house!

This house was everything we were looking for and more. Close to the slopes with easy driving access to Mountain village parking garage and town of Telluride. Amazing views. House was clean and had everything you need to cook, relax, and enjoy family. The hot tub was wonderful. We will definitely be back!

First trip to Telluride was a success

Tobin’s property was perfect for our group. It had great views from Mountain Village and was just short distance to the lifts. I would definitely recommend Tobin’s property and would love to visit again. The property was very clean and had a lot of extras that were much appreciated (humidifiers for each room so you don’t dry out). Thanks Tobin!

Fabulous property with amazing & (imo) unrivalled views. Lounge and hot tub were really lovely places to relax. Clear instructions prior to arriving and on arrival. Included ‘Dial a ride’ service, in particular, was impressive and made getting to the slopes incredibly easy (don’t worry that it’s not ski in out), so much so that we didn’t even feel the need to use the ski locker. A couple of minor issues were quickly and efficiently resolved by Tobin. Thoughtful welcome touches from hosts as well Highly recommended place to stay and would return in a heartbeat.

Amazing property
