This cozy 3 bedroom 2-1/2 bath country home is sitting on 3 acres of land and features its own private vineyard! Only a 4-minute drive to Danza Del Sol winery, 5-10 minutes away from 40+ popular wineries, Hot Air Balloon Tours, and Horseback Trail Riding! The spacious Master bedroom includes a king size bed and a master bathroom walk in shower and tub. Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed and shares bathroom with bedroom #3 (Jack-and-Jill style bathroom). Bedroom #3 includes two (2) bunk-beds (one double set and one single set). The Living room features a fire place, a smart TV with Roku, and cozy sofas (the perfect combo for a movie night!). The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and there's a washer & dryer in the garage for your use. Plenty of fun and entertainment for all ages - with games such as a pool table, ping pong table, corn hole toss, and a variety of board games! A BBQ gas grill is supplied in the backyard. The backyard is also the perfect setting for enjoying a morning cup coffee while watching hot air balloons fly over the sunrise.
