For the price and location this was perfect for a technician training a recently attended in Temple. It's an older place but it's lit up, clean and secured quite well. The kitchenette was perfect as I bought food for the week on Monday which saved me headaches. Bed was very comfortable. Overall very satisfied.

Staff was welcoming and check in was quick. The ac works and the water was hot. Everything in this room was dirty. The walls, floor, bathroom and bed sheets. The coffee pot was full of old coffee and 4 inches of mold. Dead roaches.on the floor. Asked for a different room and not much improvement. This room also had stained linens and dirty walls/floors but the bathroom was not as repulsive. The bathroom ceiling was covered in black mold. Oh and can't forget the dead roach on the wall that looked like it was painted over.

Good people, bad place.

Bugs in both rooms, power outages caused by a circuit trip, which caused water leaks from fridge... we're all the problems we dealing with. The staff was friendly and kind, and tried really hard to make things right, and took steps to make good when they couldn't.

First night was ok..moved to a different room walls were dirty..tub was dirty towels had stains on them..microwave was dirty had cooked rice in it was old and hard shower was broken ..sprayed water everywhere opened the drawers and there were roaches in all the cabinets

There’s no pool sadly but the kitchen was a nice touch! Some units have new appliances while others had old wear and tear and stains. There’s no deposit required so that was a plus and the picnic area was nice. It smelled of cigarettes and weed in some areas even our room it would smell even though we had a non-smoking room, even through out the day.

Housekeeping is helpful -- if you go find them.. they came by twice the first week, once the second week, third and fourth not at all.. after two weeks, I requested for "full cleaning" and waited three days before going to see when they could come to room.. I asked housekeeping for a change of sheets and was asking if I wanted to do it -- was given king for a double which I put on myself.. the hotel needs a second housekeeper!! I've seen the current one working after 5 pm most every day when walking my dog!!
