"Everything about the stay was first-class. The pre-arranged shuttle met us as the airport as scheduled. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating; all of our needs were met throughout. Room was immaculate upon our arrival. Outstanding property, highly recommended!"

"Beware when booking the Annexe, it is not A separate building but IN a separate building, being one floor in a block of flats, primarily residential/business and completely misrepresented in the information and photographs. The communal area of the annexe to the lift is grubby and smelly, not maintained and does not have the appearance and ambience of the main hotel and does not feel very safe. The annexe does not have on-site concierge support. Our allocated room was filthy with layers of dirt and dust on the headboard, a used shower and toilet, blood on the bathroom wall and had not been cleaned in a very long time and had clearly just been vacated by someone. The hotel failed in their obligation to provide a safe, clean and comfy room. Avoid the annexe it is not in keeping with a 4* hotel. Beware of the non-refundable policy and the hotel will ignore questions and end communication with you. "

"Vibrant hotel in a good location. Room was clean and quiet and the beds are very comfortable. The taps for hot water were fiddly to use and often quite frustrating- concept is better than the practicality- just keep a kettle for guests!! Breakfast is good though you do have to wait endlessly for coffee as someone else noted in the reviews. "
