"delayed communication up front contributed to a very confusing check-in. property was located in a shared first floor unit that was quite noisy with people going in & out. property also lacked some basic amenities and was slightly different than the online listing photos. location is good though."

"Breakfast was great. Unfortunately both taxis they ordered for us after we clarifed where we were going they took us to the wrong destinations. Not sure who made the errors. Would stay there again location was great. We had to ask them for our VIP access discount. We also never were offered a room upgrade...they were not forthcoming with the information about these"

"The location is 5 mins from Termini station and the staff speaks good English which made things a lot easier. "

"Worst experience ever. Two pairs of my Gucci footwear brand new black heels and brown shoes — were stolen from my room. The hotel showed no accountability and failed to help. When I asked to check CCTV, they refused and told me to get a police report first. The police station was closed and we had a flight the next day, so it wasn’t possible. Very disappointing and stressful. Would not recommend."

"The location of the Hotel Forum is perfect. Our room literally had views of the Colossuem and Roman Forum. The staff was very pleasant and welcoming and our room was clean and comfortable. There are many great food options close by. I'd highly recommend!"

"Fantastic hotel, really nice. Friendly staff, rooms were very clean and they kept on top of all the basics (changing towels, toiletries, etc). Nice breakfast every morning, even a little gym which was awesome to use! Very near Termini station, which is super handy. Hopefully will visit Rome again soon, and i would definitely come back to this hotel. Thank you for making it a nice stay ❤️"
