"Nice big room. TV didn’t work properly, and there were no instructions. More than one coffee pouch for a four day stay would have been welcome. The elevators didn’t work much of the time. The heat was uncontrollable. The location is very good. The bed was comfy. Fantastic shower. Nice pool and hot tub. I’d stay there again."

"L’hôtel est super bien situé pour visiter Ottawa. La propreté de la chambre et de l’immeuble était impeccable. Le petit déjeuner inclus est très varié. L’enregistrement a été très rapide et professionnel. Lors d’un prochain séjour, nous allons réserver à nouveau. Nous avons adoré notre nuitée."

"Stayed for 3 nights. First time in Ottawa for business. Great location close to all landmarks and Byward Market with great dining and shops nearby. Received a free Room upgrade that was nice. Front desk and restaurant Staff were very polite and provided great customer service. Housekeeping on the second day was not as ideal. I had to call to request it. Although I was working and present in the room when they came, I am not sure why the bedding was not changed and no vacuuming was done. Things were barely wiped down. Great breakfast buffet with both hot and continental options, Eggs made to order if requested."

"The property is well maintained. The rooms are clean and the bathrooms show no signs of being dated or worn out. The staff is super helpful and attentive. A complementary breakfast is well stocked and the outside spaces on the second and seventh floor Provide wonderful vantage point to observe the skyline of Ottawa. The on-site laundry is modern and all the machines are top-notch. The fitness centre is very basic and could use another flat bench. However it would be enough for anyone that needs to work out while they’re on the road underground parking is secure and will run you $28 a day. Second time staying at this location and will book it again for next year‘s travel."
