"Great stay in general. Location is awesome, staff is friendly, the swimming pool was great to go (though quite popular!) and the room was comfortable.
Things that could be better:
- most staff cannot speak French. In Ottawa this shouldn't happen. Please train them all to speak French. This is the capital city of a bilingual country.
- the swimming pool's amenities seem a bit old fashioned (shower not super comfy and impossible to get the right temperature, no real space to change clothes...)
- not enough poles or hangers to susped clothes, swimming suits and towels in the bathroom - only one short pole directly next to where there is no window so everything gets wet
- the elevator system is strange, if you want to go to the basement parking from your room floor, if the elevators on the left arrive first (and we have no control on this), you have to stop at the lobby and change elevators. Really not practical when you carry bags down to your car.
Otherwise really cool stay!"
