The Bridge is a very well-run establishment with great staff and good food. The rooms are excellent - clean and tidy and well furnished. The bar and dining areas are overdue re-decoration, otherwise it would be a 5-star review, but hopefully we can drum up more customers so there will be money to spend. The staff are friendly and welcoming and clearly work very, very hard.

Lovely accommodation and excellent breakfast.

Lovely staff who were really helpful. My booking conformation said "Pay at Hotel" on it but the manager spotted I had already paid at the point of booking and refunded me due to Expedia's mistake. Despite being in a busy pub, the room was quiet and everything was clean and worked properly.

Lovely clean room - it is over a pub so did not expect complete quiet. Staff were helpful. Outdoor area is more for pub customers but not the end if the world. Lovely river with birds to watch.

Great spot right in the centre of Tenbury Wells. Restaurants and bars all within walking distance. Walls are really thin and you can hear everything. Staff were really friendly and breakfast was excellent.

We stayed at The Bridge as we were attending a wedding close by. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, letting us check in early before the wedding. Beautiful, spacious room and excellent full english breakfast this morning. Would definitely recommend

We were the only people staying in the hotel on Friday so our breakfast was prepared freshly. I don't know if they do a buffet if it's busy but I suspect not as it's a small hotel. We enjoyed our breakfast but not as much as we enjoyed our dinners. Both nights we had a burger from the hotel, which we enjoyed very much. I rarely eat in hotels but I'm glad I did at the Bridge. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, in good nick, comfortable and quiet. Even when the pub was busy we could hardly hear any noise and after 23:00 it was almost silent. Tenbury Wells is a lovely little town as well. We enjoyed our trip and we were delighted to be able to bring our little dog with us. If we come back to Tenbury, we'll stay at the Bridge again.

The bridge was updated pub, restaurant with new furnished room. Heating was self directed and comfortable.

It was clean and tidy to expectations for pub accommodation. Large freshly carpeted room. Bathroom recently renovated. Staff were friendly and helpful. The burgers were as advertised one of the best I've had. The village is delightful.

Friendly comfortable with great food.

Great relaxed friendly atmosphere, open fire lounge, good selection of drinks. Not a massive food menu, but, and i make no bones about this, The Bridge burgers are probably amongst the best youll ever experience, as someone who eats probably close to a hundred burgers a year, trust me youll not be disappointed. Excellent fresh breakfast good quality meat. The room was decent, clean and slept like id been punched by Tyson! Beautiful area to explore, located in town too. Most definitely will stay again when in the area, be mad not to.

Had a lovely stay. Stayed for 3 nights, room was very adequate for our base.Beds were very comfortable, bathroom was very nice and the shower was very good.The only thing missing was a fridge, but that I know is more usual when staying* in a hotel so not a complaint. Breakfast was very nice, especially the omelettes.Set us up for the day. Only downside on the area is that you do need a car to travel, which we did have. The bus service is not very regular. A very pleasant stay and would highly recommend.

My stay at the bridge.

My stay at the bridge was very pleasant. Paul the bartender showed me to my room upon my arrival and all the staff made me feel very welcome during my stay. The food was very good, cooked breakfast was included and the burgers they serve in the dining area are second to none. If you fancy something different, there is a very good Chinese restaurant just a minute’s walk away. The room had an en suite bathroom and was clean and was freshly decorated. I hope to stay there again next time I am in the area.
