The space
Welcome to La Villa Fleurie, a 130 m2 family home with a 30 m2 veranda and 4000 m2 garden located in St-Dalmas-de-Tende, 700 m above sea level in the heart of the Roya Valley. Close to the Vallée des Merveilles, it is the perfect place to reconnect with nature, hike, rest or explore the treasures of the region, between France and Italy.

Surrounded by greenery, bordered by a chestnut grove and a flowery garden, the house enjoys a quiet and green environment. The mountain climate is pleasant in summer: bright days and temperate nights.

As a group, with family or friends: the house adapts to your needs with 1 to 4 bedrooms, 6 double beds, 2 bathrooms, a cozy living room, a bright dining room, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a large glass veranda with pizza oven and barbecue.

🚶 Hiking, skiing, canyoning, and nature activities within easy reach
Hiking trails start from the house. The Castérino ski resort, the gateway to the Vallée des Merveilles and the Mercantour National Park, is a 20-minute drive away and is served by a shuttle. You can also quickly reach the Limone ski resort easily by train, or by car from the Col de Tende pass. Numerous other activities await you: canyoning (Audin Creek, Barbaira Canyon, Carvela, Maglia, Bendola, and Morghé), via ferrata in Tende, fishing in the heart of nature, mountain biking, Les Mesches rock climbing site, visits to the hilltop villages of the valley, and more.
