- Villa Makifede is a welcoming 80 m² villa, perfect for a relaxing holiday with beautiful sea views.
It offers two bedrooms: one with a double and a single bed, the other with a double bed. The villa features a bathroom with shower and a bright living room with kitchen, enhanced by a large window overlooking the pool.
Outside, you'll find a private courtyard with a sea-view pool, ideal for unwinding. There is ample private parking with an electric vehicle charging station.
The villa is equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, and a washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing your meals. A cot and high chair are available for families with young children. We provide pool and beach towels. The sea is just a 10-minute drive from the house.
The outdoor area also includes a private garden with a barbecue, perfect for grilling with views of the sea and mountains. A balcony completes the outdoor spaces.
Located in Tergu, the villa can accommodate up to 5 guests. Pets are allowed (max 1, available for an extra fee). Smoking is permitted. Tennis court within a 2-minute walk. Events are not allowed.
