"Our first impression of the stay was the front desk worker. I apologize. I failed to get his name. Younger gentleman though. Very very nice. Everything was quick and easy and he was handling a line of guests with ease. Property was nice honestly. Pool was warm as well. Everything worked. The blow dryer was a little sketchy. We didn’t “have” to use it so it wasn’t a big deal but it smelled like it was dangerous. The only complaint isn’t even the hotel, more so our experience with other guests. There were a family in the hot tub from 6pm until well past pool closing time. We were unable to utilize due to this. They were all drinking alcohol as well. Which, I get it. It’s usually vacation. Have fun. But it just sucked we couldn’t use the hot tub. Regardless we would stay here again."
