"If you see this, please don't stay here. I had driven 8 hours and it was well after midnight, and was only needing a place to sleep for a bit for continuing my drive - but I STILL almost ate the cost of staying here to go pay same-day rates at somewhere nearby. The lamps in the room were not great, which is the only reason I actually stayed there - If I had seen it in the daylight like I did the next morning I would have given up the money (room was prepaid), and just dealt with getting screwed on last-minute cost nearby. At checkin, I was given a master key and several room numbers to look at and choose which was best: #1: smelled terribly of mold, mildew, and smoke. no pillow, no comforter, very unclean. #2: there were open paint cans, brushes and rollers in the room; but based on the state, I don't think they had actually painted anything in this room yet. However, the smell of paint did not overcome the smell of mildew. Also no pillow or comforter. #3: least bad-smelling, had a pillow, shower rack pulled off the wall. Kitchenette was filthy and cupboards looked like they were falling off the wall - but I had no intention of using them regardless. I already had a headache, so went with #3 because it was the most tolerable odor-wise and had a pillow, and was close to the office and parking lot. It wasn't until I returned to the room that I saw behind a half-wall that not only was there mold and mildew growing and visible on the floor and wall, but also cigarette butts."

"I left behind a few shirts hanging in the closet. and they wouldn’t even talk to me personally. They told me to go to an app to retrieve the forgotten items. I did that-nothing. I called back-go to the app-nothing. The app tells you nothing either.They just push you off like it a you problem. Once you check out they drop the customer service routine. I’m very disappointed.and feel like the staff stole our items. They"
