"Large apartment and very clean. A bummer there was no airconditioning. Otherwise great"

"Position et ambiance de l'hébergement. En période de forte chaleur un ventilateur rafraîchisseur était disponible ds la chambre. Très bonne communication et possibilité de déposer et laisser les bagages avant le checkin"

"غير مناسب لذوي الاعاقة الجسمية لعدم وجود مصاعد للغرف "

"Everything was great with the property. Communication was excellent. We stayed during August summertime and the unit was hot but because of the 24/7 support they were able to provide us an electric fan which was a lifesaver."

"This apart/hotel location is not for everyone. Very stiff hill makes it difficult to walk around. TV channels are limited, room is very small, beds were not comfortable it all . Blankets and pillows were great . Cleaning crews were the best. Last four days of our stay was not hot water, we had no showers. Four stars for this place is definitely overrated. This is the fifth time we are visiting Karlovy Vary and our expectations get lower and lower . Thanks"

"Beautiful, spacious, and in the perfect location, I would absolutely recommend this place!"
