"The villa was spacious all large rooms the showers were excellent hot and powerful And the pool was fabulous However it could do with a deep clean , there were stains on the bed sheets chocolate on the throws on the sofa and under the cushions needed a good vacuum out , and the out side was overgrown loads of bugs and ants on the tree right outside the kitchen door a funny place to have a lemon tree had problems with the bbq set it’s self on fire and no hot water for the last couple of days due to no sun,"

"We were met on arrival by Paula, who was extremely helpful. We appreciated the Welcome Pack provided. Our first time exploring the Moraira and surrounding area. Car highly recommended. The Villa itself is well appointed and the outside pool area was fabulous. Lots of lovely restaurants to try! Thank you Paula for all your help. Can’t recommend this villa highly enough! "Beautiful and well run boutique hotel. Amazing staff and superb breakfast. The team went well above and beyond to help us with an unfortunate minor issue (our car had been towed!!). On a Sunday, they helped us with translation and processing and even drove us to recover the car! Beyond words for our gratitude for their help"

"We were 2 couples staying in the villa (end of May) and had our own bathroom which was one of our criteria. The kitchen is very well equipped and the outside kitchen is fantastic. Loads of sun beds and outside furniture. We paid for heating the pool. It’s a 30 minute downhill walk into Moraira and a taxi back was 8.5 Euros. Great holiday and we hope to return to this villa."

"This villa ticks alot of boxes.Excellent Hostess, Maria was very keen to make our stay as perfect as it could be and again we thank you.Ample outdoor space with plenty of sheltered areas for those who prefer to be out of the sun.Pool area perfect with comfortable sunbeds and outdoor shower.Great balcony with fantastic sea views and comgortable seating/eating areas.Very spacious on the inside with fully equipped kitchens.If we were to have any negatives all we would comment on is that,All bedrooms could benefit from a full length mirror, if not on the wall maybe attached behind a wardrobe door.A guest booklet on both floors just to point out a few basics like where the nearest supermarket is, waste bin areas, etc etc just till you get the feel of the area. It's sometimes easier to view a booklet rather than your phone.Games room was not really for us as we prefer pool table to billiards, the room could maybe benefit from a dart board/table tennis/table football, a bit more variety with the space it has to offer, especially for those visiting in the cooler months or wish to be out of the all day sun.We would definetly return again to this area and this villa."

"Sehr schöne Villa, mit einem tollen Ausblick. Die Außenküche ist sehr praktisch und wurde ausgiebig genutzt. Der Pool ist herrlich und war sehr sauber. Insgesamt hat alles gepasst und wir bedanken uns sehr für den tollen Aufenthalt."

"het is er prima verblijven alles duidelijk en eerlijk. de host is super! het is wat gedateerd maar daar is de prijs ook naar. prijs kwaliteit verhouding is helemaal prima."
