Terrible, useless host

My suggestion is to avoid this offer. The hosts are terrible, place is dirty, not clean enough. Table cloths are dirty, no independent washing machine. You are expected to bring even your toilet paper. Not supose to use the air conditioning before 9 PM. Host can come and actually comes arround whenever he pleases (no intimacy).

La casa risponde perfettamente alla descrizione. Molto spaziosa e ben tenuta. Siamo stati a n due famiglie e siamo stati molto comodi. Ottima la presenza dei die bagni e della veranda per le cene all’aria aperta. I proprietari sono molto gentili e disponibili.

Logement très grand, propre, et bien agencé, idéal pour 2 familles (4 adultes, 4 enfants) les 2 salles de bains sont appreciables. Les lits sont confortables et très grands. Il y a une grande terrasse, impeccable pour manger dehors. Les hôtes sont très agréables et très disponibles pour des renseignements ou autres. Le logement est bien situé à proximité de très belles plages qui sont payantes mais grâce aux hôtes nous payons que 3€ en présentant un papier tamponné par l'Office du tourisme. Je recommande ce logement, au top !!

Appartamento molto accogliente con terrazza molto ampia e fresca

Casa molto grande e accogliente con tutti i servizi necessari per due famiglie amiche con figli. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la cortesia dei proprietari che vivono nell’appartamento sottostante che si sono rivelati disponibili all’occorrenza, sempre riservati con cui abbiamo anche scambiato chiacchiere piacevolmente. Posizione perfetta per raggiungere le più belle spiagge di Teulada fino a tutta la costa che portava Chia. Grazie ancora!

Bellissima casa

Bella casa, spaziosa e perfetta per 2 famiglie con bambini. Una bella veranda con tavolo che abbiamo sfruttato per tutte le serate del nostro soggiorno. Vicino al centro del paese dove si possono trovare tutte le cose di cui si ha bisogno. Consigliata!!!

Posizione strategica!

Punto di forza dell'appartamento è senz'altro la sua ampiezza: l'abbiamo vissuto in 2 famiglie certamente affiatate ma con salvaguardata la propria privacy. Veranda enorme! Ottima l'ubicazione nel grazioso paese di Teulada, strategico per raggiungere le innumerevoli spiagge incantevoli del Sud Sardegna. Un po' scomodo il parcheggio in una via in salita quasi mai disponibile. Per una completa autonomia si consiglia l'installazione della lavatrice all'interno delle abitazioni. Vacanza eccellente. Da consigliare!

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in Teulada bei Antonio und Rosalba. Es tut uns leid, wenn wir manchmal die Trennung des Mülls falsch gemacht haben. Wir konnten alle das Wetter und die tolle Lage ausnutzen. Vielen Dank!

Les propriétaires sont très sympas.

Merci à Antonio et à Rosalba pour leur accueil. Nous étions à 7 personnes et l'appartement est très bien équipé. Nous y retournerons à deux ça c'est sûr. La terrasse derrière la maison à été très appréciée. Merci pour votre accueil, Giovanni et maria Luisa de la Francia .

Casa Molto grande e comoda

Casa veramente bella, eravamo 4 adulti e 4 bambini ..... ha soddisfatto a pieno le nostre esigenze....ampio terrazzo dove mangiare la sera, a 10 minuti la spiaggia piu' vicina, a mezz'ora dalla famosa spiaggia di chia, nel mezzo altre favolose spiagge...........che dire vacanze perfette. Peccato non aver potuto conoscere i proprietari, che non essendo presenti hanno avuto parecchi timori sull'utilizzo della casa......dal condizionatore sino alla televisione, causa di un disguido fra le parti. comunque consigliata.

Relax, comodità , rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo

Siamo stati ospiti di questa struttura per 5/6 giorni, eravamo 4 adulti e 2 bambini piccoli. Desideravamo avere un posto comodo come base per girare le tante spiagge della zona (dai 10 minuti alla mezz'ora massimo di distanza) per cui siamo estremamente soddisfatti della scelta. Infatti le stanze erano ampie e comode sia per le 2 coppie di adulti che per i bambini, come pure la sala dove mangiare e il terrazzo sfruttato la sera. 2 bagni comodi, nessun rumore dal paese, si poteva uscire a piedi per bar e supermarcato come pure per passeggiare in centro. Ottimo rapporto con i proprietari che alloggiavano al piano di sotto, ci hanno consigliato bene come spostarci e dove andare a mangiare

La casa è molto ampia e pulita, dotata di aria condizionata. Disponibili lavatrice, ferro da stiro. Fantastica la terrazza esterna, con barbecue. Ottima per due famiglie, gli spazi garantiscono la privacy. A pochi passi dal centro paese è situata in una via chiusa molto tranquilla. I padroni di casa sono cortesi e disponibili. Posizione strategica per raggiungere le spiagge più belle della costa.
