Bathtub full of lose hair, window shade wouldn't cover window, biscuit & gravy and cold coffee, other equipment to keep eggs and meat was not working, went elsewhere to get breakfast. And when I checked end last night they told me they would be a extra charge of $50.00, without explaining why.

Overall I was very satisfied with the property. They had great amenities, like the indoor pool which was awesome because it stormed some during our stay, but we were still able to enjoy it. Relaxing Lake House Retreat on 12 Acres
I taught my 4 year old granddaughter to fish We caught several. The lake front views are beautiful, especially in the evening. The house is nicely furnished. The beds are very comfortable. I highly recommend this place.

Charming 3-bedroom house in marvelous Texarkana with AC
This is a great place to stay in Texarcana. It had everything we needed. A great kitchen, with a table set with lovely dishes! Coffee pot, microwave, etc. Bedrooms were good. Daffodils coming up blooming outside. We will definitely stay here again!
