"This is an excellent hotel that is well located. The room was a nice size, clean, and quiet. All the staff were friendly and helpful when we had questions or requests. The included breakfast was excellent for us and the free on-site laundry (you provide your own laundry soap) was a welcome surprise. A special thank you to Douglas with maintenance who helped us promptly with a couple minor concerns. My only criticism is that the parking garage elevator was broken for our entire stay (10 nights) - while the hotel did provide transportation to your vehicle in the parking garage it was inconvenient but certainly not a reason not to return and stay at this property again - which we certainly will. We highly recommend this hotel above all else because of its close location to the Texas Medical Center."
