Staff were very nice, accommodating and anticipates are needs without even telling them. And they always greats you with a smile. Great experience. The buffet breakfast was delicious. Location was perfect right in the heart of Old Quarter District.

Staff was very nice and easy to talk to. They made airport pick up and drop off smooth. The room was not terrible but some weird smells and beds not super comfy. Great location to walk to nearby coffee shops and the lake view is very pretty.
