"HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE - everything, right from the condition of the rooms to the service of the staff was downright disgusting. The suite was infested with big flies - not just one or two but so many that we could not even kill all of them and after many hassles and phone calls were moved to another smaller room which was also as bad as the suite. "staff failed to offer a welcome drink at check the staff were not wearing their name badges at reception and some in the restaurant. the hotel has a very stringent policy on towels and toilet if we require additional towels etc there should be no quibble. The housekeeping was ok . The buffet breakfast was cooked to a very good standard as was the food we ordered in room service . Punit provided a great service in the restaurant Service with a smile . The rest of the staff gave the impression that they did not want to be there . More interested in google reviews . On the last night we decided to eat in the restaurant and this was so disappointing. The manager Mr Naresh failed to write down our order and got the order wrong . We had to endure a 30 min wait for the correct order. and it did not any soft drinks other than coke . It failed here. We saw him pacing up and down the Resturant but he failed to apologise and no other managers apologised . Very arrogant . Very rude young porter with a steely stare who wanted a tip ! Ramada do a mystery shop here please . customer service training . Hiring process ? "
