Amazing hotel - super clean and maintained. The pool area was enjoyed by the kids with 3 different pools and a foosball table available in the pool area. The hotel staff was super friendly and helpful.
Jeanie, guest relation officer, was amazing! with scheduling tours and transportation. Highly recommend!!

Located by this plaza not too far away from the Haiphong train station and other stores. The room, with no window, was very clean and quiet, with a separate enclosure for the bathroom. There were multiple wall outlets for charging devices. The staff spoke little English but they were very warm and friendly.
