"The continental breakfast was one of the best ones we have had in a long time and super clean and fresh. The rooms were clean and spacious. The only downfall of this location is it really is on the outskirts of the Vista and the outdoor pool that they advertise is very small with no amenities. My kids were disappointed but we didn’t visit Columbia to swim in a pool so not a huge deal. All in all, was a pleasant stay with a short walking distance to the downtown life. The best part was the breakfast by far. "

"Nice place and good proximity to restaurants and the water. I didn’t like that I had to pay for parking though. There was plenty of it and the price of the room should have covered the cost. "

"The property is very close to the university but wish they would offer discounts rather than jack the price up on stays when they know there will be a lot of parents on campus some of us are already spending quite a bit just to get to the location. Also if staying there the Hub is right next door and you can see someone’s entire living quarters from your window so recommend keeping shades drawn. Lots of restaurants surrounding building and they close off streets on Saturdays for a festival that looked pretty fun. But overall the hotel was kept in great condition and the staff we’re super hospitable!"

"The room was so small, we barely had room to walk. The location is downtown, so it was noisy and they do not have a parking lot. You either have to pay for valet or pay for parking at the parking meters. Speaking of valet parking, we were charged twice for valet parking when we did not use it at all. Please review receipt to make sure there are no additional charges. Also, one of the staff was rude when we mentioned the valet charges. There was no microwave in the room. We booked the queen size room. The shower is nice and that is the only thing nice I can say about the room. Will we be returning in the future? No!! It was not for us and what we are used to when staying at a hotel. But try it for yourself. You may have a different experience. "
