"I've stayed in extended stay motels before but this was the worst I've been in thus far. I arrived to the hotel, the parking lot was littered and the big trash bin was over full with garbage bags on top, beside and in front of it. I go inside to check in for my reservation, the front desk staffer tells me they don't have any rooms available then asks the woman sitting in the lobby in plain clothes to verify whether they have rooms or not, which during the conversation I learn is the one who goes around cleaning the rooms. Took about 5 to 7 minutes for the staffer to find my reservation, so as I'm walking to my room I noticed many people hanging around, kids playing riding scooters, bikes whatever as this is one of those extended stay joints. I noticed no cameras, a security guard no gun, residents cleaning the pool, rooms with broken windows and so on. I get to my room, open the door and it looked like a room in a trap house. Graffiti on the walls and mirrors, splattered dry paint on the floor, no television toilet paper or shower curtain, toilet and bathtub were disgusting, bed spread had cigarette burns. I sat down opened my phone, was able to find another hotel same night but higher rates, took my loss grabbed my bags and dipped out immediately. Pictures on the advertised page does not match what I saw in person."

"The hotel in general had this musty odor like it was just humid inside it of course they have an indoor pool so that would make sense but it just felt warm and humid. The room felt like it just had this feet smell like somebody just taking off their shoes from a long day's work luckily I bring my own for breeze but still to go into a room like that disappointed. On top of the throughout the hotel they have carpet which doesn't make sense as their indoor pool people walking you can tell in certain sections the carpet was worn and bunched up"

"The house worked really well for our group of 10; the layout and size made it easy for everyone to spread out and feel comfortable. A couple of things could be improved: the shower head pressure in the main bathroom was unusually strong and there were expired coffee and creamer left in the kitchen. Neither issue ruined our stay, but addressing them would make the experience even better for future guests."

"The room was infested with house cockroaches. If you plan to stay there be mindful that you may end up taking these roaches to your house were they can multiply at a fast rate. I had to leave my luggage in the car to prevent any cockroaches getting inside. It was very inconvenient. The electrical outlets had no covers. This post a serious hazard."

"A room somewhere between an SVU crime scene and a crack den. It stunk, it was grimy, the bathroom had graffiti on the wall, the beds only had sheets and they were stained, the lights were broken and the shades were broken off, and I would never touch the shower curtain much less shower there. If it weren’t my only choice between this room and sleeping in my car I’d have walked away immediately. Even then it was still a toss up. That is until a 5 AM wake up call from someone warning of a fire. I regret not sleeping in my car."
