"Beds were very confortable and was very nice to have a kitchen, specially when traveling with family for sports. Furniture definitely needs to be upgraded, sofa and chair in living room area definitely need to be cleaned. Our shower towels were stained, requested to get clean ones but there was no room service, had to go to front desk to get them, which was a little inconvenient being front desk was in a whole different building."

Our hotel was canceled by the property we didn’t find out until check in so I and went to check in and the lady at the front desk was so unprofessional that I’m actually glad it was cancelled. Will not consider staying in the future with horrible customer service that she gave us."

"The experience was horrible. The room was filthy and occupied. When I went in. I didn’t stay at the hotel. I tried to get a refund however Expedia would not honor it. I’m very disappointed in Expedia as well as the hotel. I wasted my time and money for a room that had a person staying in it"

"Only 1 of 3 elevators were functional. Everytime we needed one, we waited for it to go up and down mulitple times before we could get on. Another guest said he's been staying there off and on for 6 months and they haven't worked the whole time he's been there. The pool was also closed our entire stay. Not worth the high price given these things. We won't be back. "
