"Stayed several times at this wonderful hotel. Cost this stay was considerably higher than previously, which may merely be a reflection of price increases in the hotel industry generally. Still, something of a bitter pill. Small issue - reservations made something of a point to get my accurate estimate of arrival time for the purpose of determining if an early check-in would be possible. I arrived following my transatlantic overnight flight when predicted, about two hours before 3 p.m....

"Great location, excellent service from maintenance and staff members when we had a minor issue with the room. Very happy to stay here again!"

"This hotel experience was faultless. Nothing was too much trouble and the staff were delightful."

"The property was fabulous. The location was excellent. And the staff were particularly warm and friendly and helpful."

"Rooms slightly small but comfortable walking distance to restaurants, shopping, tube. Bars and restaurants at the hotel were great. They let us check in early as our flight arrived in the morning. Would sty here again"

"The hotel is very well situated near Covent Garden."

"Hidden gem! What a fabulous hotel, right in the heart of Soho. Room was spot on, with lovely toiletries. Small kitchen area, fridge, microwave, coffee machine. Bed extremely comfortable, so hubby was happy! All the staff were very attentive and happy. Complimentary wine in reception between 6pm & 7pm. Nice touch 🍷 Lots of bars, restaurants, shops, all walking distance. Will definitely stay again. Highly recommend"

"Clean and quiet rooms. Staff very helpful and friendly."

"The apartment is lovely & in a excellent location. The check in process however was terrible as I was given the incorrect codes meaning I was waiting outside the apartment for approximately 1 hr before another guest arrived with the correct code. No wifi instructions within the apartment"

"From our welcome by very kind uniformed doormen to our early and thorough check-in by front-desk staff, until our final departure we were treated in the most respectful manner. The décor was beyond gorgeous, with a variety of textures and colors that were delightfully pleasing. The rooms were exquisite and one of the finest that we have ever experienced! While it is expensive, it paid dividends in comfort, convenience, and high quality."
