"The casino was lively and well ran. Parking was good. There was no problems with parking. I happened to have left my sweater in EATs restaurant. The waitress had security to put it up for me. After going to separate locations of the casino, it was finally retrieved. The rooms were clean. Not really a complaint, but bed was lower than my normal bed which caused me to have lower back pains. The pillows were very small. I don't remember the pillows being that small during my last visit which was a year ago. We came to celebrate my husband birthday and ate at Garrison. The food was and staff was very nice. "

"After traveling 11 hours… I walked into the hotel was not greeted by the lady behind the counter. I greeted her, said I needed to check in and she replied there were no rooms were available. I asked did she know about how long she said 3:00. I sat in the parking lot and watched 2 different people enter the hotel with their bags and they never came back out. So we sat with our bags in the foyer. While sitting there I heard the lady answer the phone made a reservation for $148… I reserved my room for $179??? After her phone call… she said she can check me in. She said we don’t have any king beds available. My reservation was for a king bed and assumed the room I would get would have queen size beds. Asked for a discount since I was not getting what I reserved and was informed I reserved thru a 3rd party (Expedia) so there would be no discount. Considering my room cost me nothing out of pocket the discount really didnt bother me. I went to the room. Not queen beds! Maybe a double/full. Hard mattresses. Beds sound like they are falling apart! Dust piling outside the filter of the AC. Breakfast was wonderful but would have enjoyed it better if I had gotten better sleep. 2 people do not fit in those oversized twin beds. Will not be back."

"Room had not had a real cleaning! There was dirt/fuzz balls in the corners. There was a large bug smashed on bathroom wall, lamps and tables hadn't been wiped down in quite awhile. I have never stayed in a room whereas the shower/tub is in the room, not the bathroom, and just a shower curtain for cover!!! Very unique. Hot breakfast advertised, but was only sausage gravy and cold biscuits. I normally stay at Best Western, but this motel was on my route of driving, so I took a chance, mistake! Not a place for children, seemed to be temp housing for construction workers in the area. Cheap price, but you get exactly what you've paid for."

"I wipe down hotel rooms before unpacking my things and I found quite a bit of dirt around the sink area. There was no elevator. We had to carry our luggage up and down stairs. Also, it was a very noisy location. Our room faced a very busy intersection, ie bass booming cars, emergency vehicles, and just traffic noise. I sleep with ear plugs (good ones) and I could hear the traffic noice through them. The ice maker on our floor didn’t work. The hot tub, pool and breakfast were excellent! The breakfast was as good as any restaurant. Great quality, nice variety, perfect temperatures. I would be open to staying here again, but, I would request a room opposite the busy intersection. "

"Breakfast was good, room was spotless and we have 2 small dogs so we were in a doggie room. Bed slept great, shower pressure met needs. Price was not outrageous. Lots of grass around hotel to walk dogs. Will keep in mind for future travels on our frequent Kansas to NC and back trips."
