"We had a really nice stay before we went to flamingo land the next day, we were welcomed by very pleasant staff and shown our room which was just right for what we needed, the food was very nice aswell, overall I would definitely stay again."

"On arrival, Sue greeted us, showed us around, fresh milk in fridge, tea, coffee, sugar. The best information folder I have seen, nothing left out. The cottage was lovely, amazing hot tub, use of our own patio, secured for our dogs use of part of her beautiful garden. Situation was amazing to explore our favourite North Yorkshire, Scarborough to Whitby, Sands End, the moors. Cannot rate highly enough. Fab stay!"

"Highly recommended, this is our third visit staying at the Granary at Summertree farm. Situated in a beautiful location being ideally situated for North Yorkshire Moors Railway and coastal resorts. Short drive to Flamingo Land and Water Park. Very pleasant and helpful informative owners. The swimming pool is a big advantage. Will be visiting again."
