I found myself unexpectedly needing overnight accommodations and arrived a bit discombobulated. He was very nice, figured it all out and had me checked in fairly quickly. When I visited the bistro area the cook/server was another very friendly and accommodating individual. Beyond that, the room was clean and fresh smelling. The temperature was just right - an unusual thing in a hotel. "
