"Very disappointing stay. The room was poorly maintained and not clean. The shower head was clogged with buildup and sprayed unevenly, and the fixture looked old and even leaked during use. There was also a large gap under the door, letting in light and making the room feel insecure. Additionally, there were clear signs of water damage in the room, with deteriorating material and debris on the floor, which was both unpleasant and concerning. Overall, the hotel does not meet basic standards of cleanliness and maintenance. Not worth the price — would not recommend."

"Very nice staff, easy check in. Room was big. The bathroom could use an upgrade (we stayed in the Stafford room). Wish there was a fan in the room. The location of the hotel is great! Easy walking distance from all the shops and restaurants. "

"Great location and access to downtown Carmel. We parked the car at the hotel and just walked the whole weekend. They have complimentary car charging as well so that was nice. Hotel room accomondations were great and bed was comfy. The complimentary breakfast options was really good, better than what I was expecting. Overall a great choice if you are looking for an in town accomondation."
