"Always try to stay here when in Brighton (usually for business). Staff is always professional and experienced and the public rooms (dining room & bar) are really pleasant. Well located to walk to all the major areas of the town - only downside is the cost of parking in the nearby Lanes. Would be good if the hotel could offer some sort of validation or discount perhaps? Otherwise excellent stay"

"The hotel was lovely - such a relaxing atmosphere and lovely rooms. The staff were super friendly, helpful and responsive. The location is ideal - 15 minute walk in a straight line from the station, over the road from the beach and 5 minutes to the lanes. This was the best hotel spa I’ve ever been to - well worth the extra £10 to use. Large swimming pool, hydrotherapy pool, two hot tubs, sauna, steam room and calm chill out area. Will definitely be visiting again!"

"it was a really nice stay the cleaners did an excellent job there was pool to play at reception the only downside is that they dont do free breakfast and the reception carpets are quite dirty but they are changing them currently"

"The Hotel location was excellent and just a short walk from The Lanes. The breakfast was also excellent with pretty much something for everyone. The beds were very comfortable and the room we stayed in ( room 110 ) had an excellent beach view. My only complaint was the street light was right outside the window and shone directly into the room even with the very thick curtains you could see it so for some people it would have been a nightmare. For us it wasn't a problem as we kept one of the bedside lights on all night anyway as due to getting up in the night for the toilet in a strange place is always a worry. Truthfully we did pay quite a lot for the room which was to be honest a bit dated and could have done with a bit of modernisation but all things considered we had an excellent stay."
