"My stay was Saturday through Thursday and not for pleasure; I was handling a relative's death in Bullhead City, but I chose to stay across the river at the Tropicana for the security. I felt very safe in the parking garage, and the convenience of parking near my room's tower was very convenient. I only ate at the restaurant once, and it was fine, nothing special. The staff, however, was excellent. I extended my stay twice, and the front desk check-in staff made it very easy. Housekeeping was also extremely responsive to bringing more towels and supplies soon after I made the requests. Overall, the hotel met my expectations for comfort and safety."

"The advertised prices are low, but watch out for 'resort extras'. The rooms are ok, but considering how much money the casino must produce, I think a bit more could be spent on the accommodation. Breakfast in the restaurant is good value."

"The resort us older, but overall is well kept. The personal, 95% we're very personable and helpful. We had conflicting rules told to us about bringing drinks and/or snacks into the pool area. 1st night we were told as long as it wasn't glass, we could bring our own drinks. After that, a woman made my wife throw out a water bottle before she could enter, which we thought was BS. We stayed a week, and thought we should have had the cleaning staff, at least bring clean towels each day, but we found ourselves having to go and ask for them. Overall, we had a good time and would definitely visit again in the future."

"The hotel is clean, quiet and the staff very friendly and helpful. The really huge drawback to this place is there are no restaurants!! Each bar can fix "bar" food; but as for having a sit-down restaurant to eat a decent meal -- not happening here. They have closed all of their restaurants so you can only get donuts and pastries at the General Store; hamburger/cheeseburger; chicken tenders, soup and grill cheese sandwich etc. at the bars. I will not stay there again!!"
