"This was great for families with young children. The indoor and outdoor pools were both nice and we enjoyed sitting outside at one of the many tables. The kids loved the evening milk and warm cookies, which was a real treat. The gym was decent and had a good amount of equipment."

"Everything was excellent, staff, pool, breakfast!! The only issue I had was the elevator stopped working and I was in the 5th floor. They did call someone and they worked on it immediately, unfortunately, we were just getting there and we had to carry bags up a couple of times."

"Stayed here for two weeknights mid-ish August 2026. Service was really great. Very professional and courteous. The rooms were nice enough. Ours was pretty spacious with a balcony with not much of a view (guess that is what you get for only $400/night). Pretty pricey during summer time. That said, the setting and grounds are spectacular. As they stress, a very traditional NE summer resort. We did not eat there at all and didn't partake of much of the entertainment they had to offer, but my daughters loved the ambiance, the historical buildings, the sunsets, and scenery. While we didn't partake of much of the entertainment, we could see it all around us. Regret is not spending enough time here (we treated it more like a hotel than a resort)."
