IMPORTANT PROPERTY RULES & DISCLOSURES

1. Exterior Security Camera Disclosure
In full compliance with Vrbo's surveillance policy, please note that this property features active, exterior-only security cameras for guest safety and property protection. This includes a smart doorbell camera at the front door entryway. This device records video and audio on the outside of the home only. There are absolutely no cameras or recording devices located anywhere inside the interior of the property.

2. Mandatory Animal Disclosure Requirement
We are an animal-friendly property, but we strictly enforce our tracking policies to maintain cleanliness and safety:

Pre-Arrival Notification: All animals—including standard pets, Emotional Support Animals (ESAs), and trained service dogs—must be explicitly disclosed to the host at the time of booking or prior to check-in.

Undisclosed Animals: Bringing an undeclared animal onto the property without notifying the host in advance violates our house rules and will result in an immediate $200 penalty fee in addition to our standard pet fees.

Service Animals: Legitimate, trained service dogs stay free of charge and are exempt from pet restrictions, but guests must still notify us of their presence before arrival so we can complete our standard 2-question verification and prepare the home. Service animals cannot be left unattended inside the property at any time.
