"We had a wonderful experience because of the staff at this holiday and location. Jessica at the check-in desk was very hospitable from the very beginning and very warm and welcoming. Gus, who was managing the breakfast buffet, went above and beyond from any other staff member at a hotel breakfast we have ever met before. He checked on all of the customers and made sure that everything was incredibly clean and well cared for."
"Everything was amazing and clean, breakfast was delicious and hot, honestly the only thing I could see to make a little more better was a couple more salt and pepper shakers during breakfast. 3rd shift lady was the best!!"
"The location was great. We could be hiking at Hocking Hills in 15 minutes or visiting one of the nearby towns in the same amount of time. The staff was friendly and helpful. The beds were very comfortable; great mattresses. Our room was very humid (I think they recently shampooed the carpeting, and that was making the room damp). Breakfast was okay: better than a continental breakfast, but it could be better (bread pudding was an odd offering). The pool was quite small, but the water temperature...
