The telephone at the location does not work so you can’t call the hotel for anything. "Hotels.com showed strong ratings, and the room itself was clean and comfortable. However, the front desk experience was lacking—there was no greeting upon arrival or during check-in. We were told, “Breakfast is from 6:30–10:30,” which led us to assume it was complimentary, but that wasn’t clearly explained. A more welcoming and communicative approach would have made a big difference. The bathtub could use a non-slip surface or grip mat. I slipped twice while using it, which was concerning from a safety standpoint"
