"We booked a room with two queen beds and they called us the same day to upgrade us to a “King Suite”, which only had 1 bed. That makes no sense. The woman at check in virtually said nothing. Never told us when breakfast was, where the pool was, when check out was. The water in the pool was absolutely not 82° like the staff insisted. The room was clean and complimentary breakfast was delicious. The hotel is very close to the outlets."

"My husband and I arrived early and were able to check in with no problem. The options for parking were clearly explained. We chose the municipal garage, as it is directly across the street. The room was impeccably clean and very comfortable. All staff, and especially Terry at the bar, were fabulous. Checkout was easy. We feel that the price for the location and service is a good value. We will return to this hotel when we stay in Portsmouth."

"Did NOT expect to step over carpet rolls, they were laying new. Stairs were quite steep. They did have a specific area for pets and provided poop bags but, why people feel they don’t have to or want to pick up after their pets …,.,, NOT property owners fault but sooner or later they won’t allow pets and that’s not fair to people that do pick up after their pets!"

"The hotel was very convenient to the Kittery Outlets. The gym was really nice. There was a water bottle fill up station. The breakfast has lots of choices. There was gluten free bagels too. The beds were comfortable. I just wish there was a pool. "

"The room was spotless, staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Pool and hot tub were great! The only flaw was breakfast - it was disappointing, especially given how great everything else was. The options were good, however everything looked to have been sitting and overcooked even though I was there at 7am. "
