"The property suited our needs being ideally situated, and providing comfortable accommodation. The pub had a good atmosphere with reasonably priced food., and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, during our stay housekeeping was haphazard. We had to ask for clean towels and the bed wad only ever made up once during a seven night stay. Although not connected with the accommodation, it was disappointing that the Boatyard cafe did not open early enough to provide us with breakfast. During our stay last year we could rely on this!"

"Great experience overall. The property is clean, modern, and located in a safe, accessible area. Front desk staff were friendly and efficient, and the room was quiet and comfortable for a good night's rest. Excellent value for the price—would definitely book again!"

"Lovely clean place, friendly staff and fantastic rooms. Our room was quite warm but was supplied with a fan. Situated ideally on Porthleven harbour. A bit disappointed having to wait for an hour for food but the staff did apologise and gave us our drinks FOC as a way of an apology. Unfortunately, I’d passed being hungry so didn’t finish my meal. That said it would not stop me coming back as overall we had a fantastic stay."

"We een heerlijke week gehad in Mullion, wat een fantastische plek. Het uitzicht is waanzinnig. Het huis is klein, maar gezellig en goed ingedeeld. We vonden het ook allemaal heel fijn dat we gebruik konden maken van de faciliteiten van het hotel."

"An absolute gem of a find - I am recommending to all my friends! The accommodation was gorgeous: I enjoyed cosying up of an evening with a book in my favourite armchair in the mezzanine room. The beds were super comfy and we all slept very well. The private pool and games room were the absolute silver lining for us all. My 11 and 13 year old were in heaven. An extra bonus was being able to use the games room for DVD nights Verity is such a lovely, warm, friendly host and instantly made us feel at home.We enjoyed the local area with plenty of walks along coastal paths, beach days at Poldhu and Kynance, sampling the pasties up the road and enjoying coffee at local cafes. Even managed to get out on the paddleboard and for a horseride 10/10"

"We had a very friendly greeting. The location is quite good for exploring the area from Falmouth to St Ives. The kitchen’s facilities and the bed were good. The “house” is quite small but OK for 2 people. Car park is compromised by some large pine trees that have birds in them."

"The property was very well maintained and equipped. Beautifully decorated and lovely enclosed outdoor area for our dog to play. The only downside was that the water flow was pretty inconsistent and it was very hot weather so a bigger fan would’ve been great as it gets very hot. Other than that, it was a lovely stay."
