"The staff was very friendly and pleasant, which made the initial check-in experience smooth and welcoming. Unfortunately, the room itself did not live up to expectations. The shower had visible mold, which is a serious cleanliness concern and made using the bathroom uncomfortable. The room also lacked a mini freezer, which was disappointing and inconvenient for storing food or drinks. Additionally, the curtains had cigarette burns and the entire room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke—even though it was clearly labeled as a non-smoking room. Overall, while the staff did their best to provide good service, the condition of the room significantly impacted the stay and needs urgent attention."

"Don’t ! I’m not sure if it’s because it’s Ramadan but this was the WORST experience. Qatar is such a clean country for this hotel not meet its standard . It had many sanitation violations ….roach , blood stains on lamps , stained toilets , stained sheets , never swept floors. Then the noise was so annoying everyday they constantly were fixing . Leak in ceiling in main lobby , no pool access because rooftop was under construction and unsafe. And worst of all NO customer service ! Doesn’t greet with smile , or anything (supervisor especially). I can list more but I’m sure you get the point ! I promise I never leave bad reviews anywhere but this was just deplorable and disgusting. Being stranded I was to receive free meals and they refused to give me even tho it’s sponsored by government. Only good thing , it’s walking distance to metro."
