"The front desk and valet employees were very nice and informative. My room was clean and housekeeping was available for extra towels . Which they provided quickly. My only complaint was the breakfast. The food was horrible. The chef needs to be fired. That’s how bad the breakfast was and they need a better menu."

"Unfortunately Origin contacted us the day before our arrival and stated they relocated us to another hotel - no reason was given. Origin was booked because it was across the street from the wedding venue we were attending; however, once relocated, we were six blocks away. On the day of the wedding, by the time we found parking and walked, the wedding had already started. On a good note, the hotel they placed us in had free breakfast, parking on the premises was better, and the hotel was generous enough to upgrade our room. It still negated the fact that we were not in walking distance to the wedding - which was the initial reason to booking Origin."
