"The room is very noisy, the bed is not comfortable. The food was good. There is not enough parking for everyone and I am handicap, so it was an issue. I have stayed at better Marriott hotels and will not return to this one. "

"My room had stained sheets on the bed and when we asked for new linen it wasn’t brought to us until late at night. The mattresses do not fit the bed and hang over the sides. Those are two kind of important things and should probably be addressed."

"I liked everything about the hotel and my room. Inviting atmosphere, very well maintained and jazz music in the lobby was a nice touch. Had to be the best shower/water pressure I've enjoyed in years! It was a safe walk to the Riverfront and back from Spokane Arena at night. My only complaint is there wasn't anywhere within a short walking distance you could get breakfast. Not thrilled that Parking is 2 blocks away and still $20/night w/tax, but the room charge was reasonable. I was pleasantly surprised i was able to screen mirror my phone to the TV."

"We were a bit concerned with the hotel near the train tracks but it was actually quieter than some along main streets. The hotel provides ear plugs in each room although we never needed them. Location is convenient to downtown and riverfront park. Staff was courteous. "
